This Ford Escort Mk1 arrived in a bit of a sorry state. It had been under a cover in the chaps garden for quite a while and had suffered from the dreaded corrosion. It had been partially restored prior to it being laid up. The plan was to have it acid dipped; repair the rusted sections, fit some motorsport body modifications, install a supplied roll cage and get it into primer so the owner could do a dry fit of all the mechanicals.
